What Parkland does to a window

The air west of University Drive stays humid all year, the lakes in Heron Bay and Parkland Golf and Country Club add to it, and shaded glass grows mildew in the corners of the frames before the dry season ever arrives.
The other issue is what the land throws at the house. Reclaimed-water sprinklers leave white mineral rings on the lower panes. In Pine Tree Estates and the Ranches, the acre lots mean dust from the drives and the pastures, oak and pine pollen every spring, and love bugs twice a year. In the newer communities along Loxahatchee Road and Hillsboro Boulevard, construction dust settles on everything until the last lot is built.

After that, a quarterly maintenance plan runs $60, $77, or $100 a month for those same home sizes. Oceanfront and riverfront estates get a custom quote.
How often should windows be cleaned in Parkland?
Quarterly keeps the pollen, mildew and sprinkler rings under control for most Parkland homes. Homes backing onto a lake or the preserve with heavy irrigation sometimes go to every two months. Most people have the inside glass done once a year.

Can you remove hard water spots from sprinklers?
In most cases, yes. Mineral spots from sprinkler overspray need a dedicated treatment rather than regular cleaning. Tell us about them on the quote form and we will look at them on the first visit.
